Return & Refund Policy

At Yoosee Store (yoosee.store), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.
  • The product must not have been physically damaged or misused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
  • Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, installed, or used (unless they are defective).
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Photos or videos showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will inspect your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Replacement Policy

We will replace products that:

  • Are defective due to manufacturing faults.
  • Arrive damaged during shipping.
  • Are incorrect due to our fulfillment error.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Yoosee Store will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
